Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in (Items that are used and damaged whilst using is non refundable.), UNWORN AND UNUSED and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sparklebymitzico@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and send a photo/video of the said item. If your return is accepted, instructions will be given on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (Please be aware that buyer will shoulder the shipping fee for returns.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon RECEIVING the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like EARRINGS/JEWELLERY SETS WITH EARRINGS due to hygiene purposes. Items that are on LIVE SALE/FINAL SALE/ONE OFF ITEMS are also non refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (Please be aware that buyer will shoulder the shipping fee for returns.)

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbours. If necessary, you may file a claim with the courier.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
